rip-off

I bought Augmented Driving (full version) after having purchased the Lite version.
The Lite has been working fine on my Ipad Air, but it is boring, so, I have decided for the upgrade.
Well, the full version does not calibrate. It does not work.
I have both the apps on mi Ipad, and on the same highway, same traffic,, same everything, the Lite calibrate in 20 sec., the full version NO WAY. It switches from mountngo to standard calibration and it keeps pending for ages and the highway is straight for 100 Km, wih minumum traffic.
I drive the same road twice a week, and after 3 weeks I have not had the chance to see the full version working at all. I have just kept waiting for the calibration.
And the worse is I have asked Imaginyze support to help me understand what is wrong, but they never replay.
